Terms

By ordering from Heavens Sweets Perfume you agree to the points below.

Products

Every perfume we sell is luxury quality. Availability changes with stock; if something is not available we will tell you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Ordering

You build your bag on this site and send the order to us on WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once a person replies to you and agrees the details and the total, including delivery.

Prices

Prices are confirmed on WhatsApp because they move with the market. The bag shows “Price on WhatsApp” until we confirm the figure with you.

Delivery

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. The delivery fee and timing are confirmed with you on WhatsApp when you order. See Delivery.

Returns

You can return a perfume within 48 hours if it has a manufacturing defect that affects how it performs and that you were not told about before. Cosmetic marks on Outlet bottles are not a reason for a return. Read the full return and replacement policy.
