We keep this simple. We only collect what we need to get your order to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you order on WhatsApp we receive the details you choose to send us: your name, governorate, delivery address, any note you add, and the perfumes and quantity you want. Our website stores your bag and language choice in your own browser (local storage) so your selection is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you send the WhatsApp message.

How we use it

Only to confirm your order, arrange delivery and answer your questions. Nothing more.

Sharing

We share only the delivery details needed with the courier who brings your order. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Payments

Orders are arranged and confirmed on WhatsApp. We do not take card details on this website.

Your choices

You can clear your saved bag and language at any time by clearing your browser data, or ask us and we will remove anything you have sent us. Questions? Contact us.
